Registrations

Paid pre-registration is required for all classes. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served, PAID basis. Classes run contingent upon PAID enrollment and may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient registrations. If class is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified using the cotnent information you provided with your registration.

Make checks payable to "EASTCONN Community Education."

You may also pay by phone, 860-423-2591 and/or fax registrations, 860-450-0853 accepted with VISA and Mastercard.

 

Confirmation/Receipts

All confirmations and receipts are sent via e-mail. If an e-mail address is not provided, you will not receive a confirmation. If class is cancelled and time permits, notification is provided via e-mail. In the event an e-mail is not provided and time permits, we ill contact registrants via the phone number provided at the time of registration. 

 

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued ONLY when EASTCONN Community Education cancels a course. If you decide not to take a course, there will no refund. There are no refunds for one-day courses or bus trips/events. Please allow one month from cancellation notification to receive a refund or voucher.

If you have a disability and require an accommodation in order to participate in any program or activity, please call 860-455-1601 at least two weeks prior to the class and/or event so that the appropriate arrangements may be made.
